Katie joined the care sector 6 years ago and quickly realized she had found her passion. She is the Dementia Lead at Carehub and holds an RQF Level 3 in Adult Care as well as a qualification in Assessing Competence in the Workplace. Katie is an assessor and trainer at the Care College, where she shares her knowledge and hands-on experiences to support and equip aspiring professionals in the care industry. She is passionate about contributing to the development of a first-class care sector in Jersey.
