Why do I need to create an account to book a course?

Creating an account to book a course allows us to provide you with a personalized and seamless experience. With an account, you can easily:

  • Track your course enrollments
  • Access course materials
  • Receive important updates
  • Manage your personal information securely

 

Returning to book again becomes simpler and more efficient. Additionally, it helps us ensure that your data is protected and that you have a secure record of your completed courses and certifications.

What are acceptable payment methods?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make the process convenient for you. These include:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers

Managers also have the ability to request an invoice if required.

How is the discount on courses and packages applied?

When you add the individual elements of a package/bundle to you basket a coupon will automatically be applied to your basket to adjust the price down.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts are currently not provided, however, we do offer bundles and packages that discount the cost compared to buying the individual services.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards for all courses. Managers will be given an invoice option upon request.

How do I view or amend my Bookings?

Once you have created an account and booked any course you will be sent an email with the booking details as well as a ticket. If you are booking for others the ticket will be sent to them directly. You can also return to carecollege.je and login to your account to view all of you bookings and, where applicable, you can make changes to the attendee details or the date of each course.

Mandatory Packages

Which mandatory package is best for me?

We now offer a range of Mandatory Packages to suit all circumstances but the right one depends on several factors; budget, time restraints and the level of training you want for your staff.

Classroom+ is the gold standard and offers managers the opportunity give staff access to e-learning straight away to cover regulatory requirements for most topics whilst managing the difficulty of scheduling classroom training for all staff.

Our most popular mandatory package is the Classroom package. All face to face training on all subjects.

In most circumstances all mandatory learning can be done in 2 days, minimising the impact to your business. 

How do mandatory packages work?

Once you have purchased a package you will be asked to provide learner details. Once these have been provided you will be sent the following depending on which package you have chosen:

  • A login for our e-learning portal. Individuals will have access to our full e-learning library. Mangers will be able to add their staff and issue whichever courses to each that they see fit. They will also be able to monitor staff progress on each unit.
  • Coupons for Mandatory days, First Aid Essentials and Moving & Handling courses. These coupons will be used to book individulas onto the dates that suit you.

How do I book staff onto courses if I purchase a package?

Once you have purchased your package you will be sent “coupons” to book staff onto relevant courses on any available dates
